My car came from Virginia so...but I haven't measured with a tread depth so I'm not sure how much is left. Looks bare to me but comparing with some photos of decent-good tires, they look normal lol.

Looking to replace my hodge-podge tire setup, I have the 275 GY Supercars's on the front, and Nitto 305' on the back. Was going to buy the Pilot SS, but yikes! almost $500/tire. I have the MRR017's (1LE size 285/305 intended), any suggestions for something that provides decent performance, won't break the bank, and will last a while? My 2SS is my DD. The Nittos are decent tires, (still a bit of tread on the rears), but not sure if want to repeat that or not. Thoughts? Im in Socal, so summertires a must.

An alternative the forums rave a lot about are the Firestone Indy 500s. Then there's the GMAX RS which is right beside it.

Bite the bullet and get the Michelin PS4S or the Continental ECS.

Checked Costco, a set of Michelins will be about $1800, yikes. I put some on my truck and love the quiet/comfortable ride, so I'd probably like them, but I'm a cheap b*'stard at times, will have to really sell myself that they'll last a while to drop that kinda coin on tires. .

I mean, that's what comes with running 1LE size tires. They're expensive.

I got a set of Michelin PS4S after the stock Goodyear right rear tore it's tread apart at 10,800 miles. They are amazing. Better ride and much better traction. I have over 21,000 hard miles on them and they still haven't hit the wear bars.

I picked up all 4, out the door, for $1,100 here in SoCal. When these die I'll be getting another set.
