you are right, its just an electric impact, its been good for the most part but its failing me here, however I've been wanting a compressor and some air tools for a while so I guess its time to pick those up.

The factory bolts indeed have loctite on them, I think it was red...I replace them every time I remove the calipers for a rotor job. It's usually a combo of breaker bar and impact for me as well.

Just wanted to give an update to those who helped me, thank you! I picked up an air impact and compressor and was able to do the job.

I've never worked on caliper bolts torqued down that much! Thanks again!
