Well I’m finally caught up after ~940 pages of posts. Excited to be part of this community and to meet some of you guys at Fest and regular shows.

Today I had the windows tinted and that will probably pause my purchases for a bit. Like I’ve mentioned before we are saving for a new home so the Mrs wants most of my $$$ in the saving account - understandably. On the wishlist is the ZL1 tails and 3rd light along with the color matched skirts and a glowtie, just waiting to find a deal on the glowtie like Heath got.

Adam - I saw that you played console games. Are you PS4 exclusive? I’m an Xbox guy myself. Forza is awesome

Nice job on the catching up. Keep looking on Ebay for a glow-tie, that's where I got mine.

I'm an Xbox 1X player. Though I haven't turned it on in months.

I’ve got an alert setup on eBay for the glowtie. I also have a One X and a Switch. Been playing a lot of Gears of War lately. The new one is really good. I’m “Enter Zandman” on Xbox for anybody who wants to add me. I play a ton of Forza and GTA too.

Yeah gotta save some money. I know that one. Trying to move myself.

What percentage tint did you get? Tinted looks great on these cars.

I have a 360 and PS4 Pro. PC game some despite my rig needing a serious update or two. Don’t have a Xbox One currently. Debating picking up the Gears One X bundle since I love that franchise.

That’s 42%, effectively bringing the car to 35% with the 7% that’s on there from the factory. 35 is as low as you can go legally in NC. It really does pull the car together.

Just a heads up that next gen consoles are pretty close, which means better deals will be coming on current gen if you’re not interested in Scarlet (next Xbox) or PS5. I go through spouts where I don’t play for 6 months and then a game grabs me again. GoW did that for me this time.

I gotcha on tint. 35% is what’s legal here in TN but I put 18% on it anyway. I like it dark lol.

I went 20% back in Mass and got pulled over twice for it and had a hard time passing inspection. The 35% still makes a big difference. Overall I’m really happy with it.

Also received my first Adams order. Anything I’m missing? I will be buying a couple of their buckets because the autozone ones I have now are real cheaply made. Do you guys use Adams stuff exclusively for polish and wax? I haven’t put a coat on this car yet. Unfortunately I have to wait a couple of days for the tint to cure before I can give her the first foam bath.

I didn’t care for the mega foam vs their regular car shampoo. But looking good so far. I love their matte detailed. Waterless wash is nice. Their wheel cleaner is really nice. Gets the brake dust off well. Just make sure to rinse the wheels and tire well after. It will stain the tires (found out the hard way but is fixable).
