Gmpp cnc ls3 heads
Wanting to know if anyone is running these. For what I'm looking to do this might be my best route. Running stock cubes with d1 Procharger making 900 hp. I know the boost will dictate the power but I don't need a super custom cnc job just a little more air flow to free up the n/a power so I can run less boost lets hear some pros or cons.

That's what I'm saying I don't need a custom porting job just a little more air flow which these have.

You're making 900 on a D1 on stock cubes and heads?
Uh, I'd like to see this setup... because I don't see it happening. |

I just put these on mine. Haven't driven it too much but does seem a little peppier ( if that's a word) for the little bit I have. I was on a time crunch to get my motor back together for a track day and went with these. One thing you will definitely need are the two rivets to plug the steam vents that will be at the back of the engine. I didn't realize this until I had mine all back together. And filling with antifreeze then started to hear the antifreeze dripping all over the place.

He's talking about the steam vents. The Ls heads have a steam/ coolant tubes at each end of the head and there are freeze plugs at the back, one on each side. They must be plugged or used and connected back to the coolant system. I reconnected all of mine to avoid any hot spots in the head since I was going to have 12.25 to 1 compression. I used the L98 truck crossovers and then t'd it to the front ones.
