2010 vs 2014 trunk lid - what are the differences?

I can see part numbers changed with the facelift, but apart from the various stick on spoilers on different models, can anyone confirm what the actual differences with the trunk lids are?

Will a 2010 trunk (boot!) lid fit a 2014/15 Camaro?

A 2010 trunk lid is not compatible with 2014, the area in the middle and above the lights are different.

2014/2015 had the 3rd brake light move into the trunklid.

The 2014 Lid has a large raised bump that sticks both up and out toward the back of the car like a duck tail running almost the full width. The newer style SS/ZL1/Z28 Spoilers meld into that bump.
The rear facing surface of the 2010 has an indentation line running horizontal.
And the vertical slope of the tail light cutouts are different between the two versions (slightly tilted more on the 2014/15). Pics Follow:

They can be interchanged with the following parts being replaced...

lights / wiring harness
trunk lid
rear bumper
rear diffuser

I beleive that the user Nutro has done this already.

The reason my asking is I found a carbon 2010 trunk lid at a good price and wondered if I could fit it to my track Z28. The 3rd brake light wouldn't worry me as I could cut a slot, but the change in shape on the top makes it a no go. Wouldn't work with my factory Z28 gurney flap...

Thanks for the information though fellas.
