Since this seems to be an opinion post, I don't mind the refresh at all any more, except for the SS flow tie position. Others may get used to it but might not admit it. That did happen with the 5th gen 2014 refresh. I prefer them now.

So here, I will say it, is that a Z/28 2SS 1LE equipped prototype coming out next Spring with an LT5-D (DOHC) and PDK for $80K getting some desert air?

Original ZL1 1LE development cars didn’t have red calipers either. Here’s a pic from a last year at NCM. Also note, the Camaro embossed on the development car wheel never made production either.

There is some evidence that the Corvette engineers are working on a Z06 variant that includes the ZR1 ZTK wing and a roll cage.
