Cylinder head question

Ok guys im running a set of stock ported heads currently an they are doing great but with that in mind i have been thinking of changing to a better quality head. The 3 choices are

Set of CID heads, a set of PRC LTX, an these mast https://www.mastmotorsports.com/coll...ad-medbore-cnc heads all are high quality and come with better valves, seals, valve seats, guides, both are very similar in their flow numbers. This is on a daily driver with a mild cam making currently over 560 at the wheels, fbo.

Would love to hear thoughts, experiences, reviews, and opinions. I dont mind tearing it down, just wondering what anyones experiences have been if they have switched from a ported to aftermarket head.

the only thing i can add: i closely followed btr's testing with their 220/225/230 camshafts. results are from their engine dyno. looks like the cid was worth 40 crank over a set of ported gmpp heads at an already elevated power output. the independent testing i've seen of msd vs trinity says if na under 8k rpm, they produce about the same hp with trinity losing tq everywhere. i think a safe prediction is that a quality ported msd will make 20+ more crank vs unported.

220 stock heads msd 607 540
225 stock heads msd 608 528
225 gmpp heads msd 649 555
230 gmpp heads msd 680 570 (mill/fly cut)
230 gmpp heads trinity 691 545 (mill/fly cut)
230 cid heads trinity 733 574 (mill/fly cut)

I really want to see the 220 with heads. Seems that is always skipped in testing
