AAC side markers.......Candy colrs are fading. Any suggestions?

Hello,

I received some AAC LED side markers for my Camaro 3 yrs ago as present for a first mod on my Camaro. They are the candied colored side markers and the color is starting to fade. Any suggestions as to how I can restore the color to them?

I have talked to AAC and unfortunately I have no receipt anymore. They have them sent off to an independent company to get them painted or candied.

Here's what you do: take off AAC sidemarkers, place directly in toilet, call Pete at Showstopper.

In all seriousness, I don't know if there's a way of fixing them without repainting.

if the color is starting to fade very lightly wetsand with 2500 and polish them do not go heavy at all on the wet and just a light scuff to take off the surface and buff them back to a shine

What he said. I'll never give AAC any more of my money.
