Broke 700 on the dyno today, graphs added & ready for the track

Today was the final dialing in on the dyno and we are ready to race next weekend at Gateway (WWTraceway) close to St Louis. We had a good dyno day with about 7 pulls. Started out not so good but didn't get the tires cleaned off well enough before getting on the rollers and the didn't have the straps tight enough so it made 675 but on 580 torque so it spun right off the hit. We cooled down a little and pulled again after Mike made just a couple adjustments.
Ls Fest tune made (632/550) 105mm pulley (8.2 Psi) 8 rib 10.34@135
A few weeks back (677/628) 98mm pulley (9.8 psi) 8 rib

First pull 675/580 (from my memory, didn't print that one)
Second pull was 691/644 (95mm pulley) 10 rib Griptech (10.5 psi)
Third pull was 703/666, made a few tweaks and loaded the tune

Forth pull was 707/662,

very happy but Mike wanted to add some more fuel on the PI side, just 1/2 percent. So a few more tweaks but no further gains but all were in the 700 rwhp range, so mainly Mike was just smoothing some things out on the tables and pulled a little timing down low to hopefully get it to launch. I will post the graphs after a bit but got to do some grilling first and have some wine. I must say this these are very safe tunes and should be close enough to get us in the really low 10s at close to 140. Little worried about the 20" drag radials, might have to buy a drag pack with slicks which might just save the Diff, DS and Axles.

Wow making more than my ZL1 with the 2650 and 90mm pulley. Not much more, but more...lol Cant wait to hear your times. Im looking to go to the track here soon too. Down here in FL its starting to get cooler and perfect for racing all winter long.

I looked at next weekend ends forecast and looks to be in the low 70s but early passes will probably be in the low 60s.
Little more info
Afr was right about 12.5 to 12.7 on E66 and the graph is so smooth, no dips no nothing, injector pulse was 5.4 to 5.5, fuel pressures on the low and high side are just where Mike had them set up to be. More volume less pressure and little more PI. Very safe we feel. Timing was 23.5 to 24 degrees, that includes FF timing added. IATs on the dyno were in the 90s. Temps in the shop were mid 70s so pretty good read on what I'll see Saturday at Gateway.

I added the graphs and even one from September to compare if you'd like.

Are you intentionally running E66 or maybe that is what came out of the pump? If you are mixing down was just wondering if there was a reason.

Also does the port inj have an input for eth content too? In other words, does the port system change fuel delivery based on on E content too, or is that all accounted for in the DI tune?

The E comes right out of the pump and that's typically what we see here in Mid Mo. Breaktime is where I buy mine at and it usually runs between 65 and 68 percent E. The port does not care the amount of E, its based off the DI and the lower the E the less timing it will have. Right now, we are at 31 percent PI and 69 percent DI fueling. We are up against the low side fuel system now at about 700 rwhp. Mike is working on some in tank fueling so after these last few outings we'll do a new low side for next year's racing. I have no intension on making any more power with this motor, just safety in fueling the low side or running any higher E content since that would put more strain on the low side to keep up. I'll also be logging at the track and Mike can make any changes necessary on AnyDesk.com and can actually watch the log as I'm running down the track. FYI Gateway is also running TNT this coming weekend if your interested in making some passes. I think it was $50 for a TNT tech card. I'm running the VP heads up Street Class and TNT to get some more passes in, then I plan on Oct 22 also as they are running the same kind of program as the 15th.

Thx, I think we've gotten all we can out of what we have on fueling. Happy where we are, and I want Josh to hear this. We are done, no more and just keeping it safe at this point and having fun.

Thanks Josh, we are officially done and have no intention of pushing this motor any further. Just a better low side this winter for safety. Now we will see if we can get close to the 9s this Saturday. Little warmer then we thought it was going to be but morning passes should give us our best shot.

Drop the E back in the 50-60% range and your low side will go further. Did I just plant a seed? Lol

Speaking of safe, am I reading the AFR correctly...12.8-13.0?

Great numbers and dedicated build/work on your part. Myself I replanning and redoing the power additive and planning to be at the track in the spring. Looking forward to see your track numbers. GL

At the tailpipe, log was between 12.5 12.7 on HPT. Once they change to winter blend it will probably between 50 and 60 so you'll get your wish. We have more flex fuel timing and less base timing so if it goes down timing goes down.
