nonetheless, i was hoping to go 11.5 or quicker. i was also planning on a prepped track, as the event was advertised as such. also planning on getting more passes, as the event was advertised as such. i had to enter the 11.1 class, they canceled test & tune. i found this out after driving 90 miles. i wasnt happy, but it's whatever. the car runs good and that's all i was trying to confirm. edit: hpt log says i shifted the car between 6750-6850 on that pass.

I bet the Dragy is correct...based on all the bolt-on cars with setups similar to yours that I have seen run, 97mph trap in the 1/8 is about where they end up. They normally back half 26-28. Very seldom do you see anything LT or LS back half 30 unless it's a turbo car.
Either way nice pass for a M6 car.

I would just love to have cool air and low DA, I haven't had that all year. I missed last weekend when it was probably the best I'd get this year but they kept predicting some rain but it never happened and I didn't go but should have. I think I can go a 10.70s@130 with mid 60 temps and DA below 500. Probably missed my last chance for the year. Oh well I'll pretty much have the same set up next year and give it a shot in the spring. He did make a good pass and that 60' is really good for a stick car from what I've seen.

I have yet to put the LT2/95 TB combo on my car. 2 weeks ago I went 1.85 60’, 7.74 @ 93.47, 11.91 @ 118. I’m still on PS4’s and really hope to run quicker with a tire and LT2/95. Did you switch from LT2 because it didn’t do what you wanted?

i did not. i only have anecdotal street results from the LT2 but it appeared to pick up 1-1.5 mph over the ported LT1 manifold i had. that was with the stock tb, as well. fwiw i still have the LT2 manifold in the garage, is my fav of the bunch bc of the bang for the buck and oem quality. the msd was more along the lines of me testing parts for myself. i'm a natural skeptic and we all know how aftermarket gains are marketed. msd works well so i left it on there.

Dragpack and E85 do wonders on these
I'd say about a second and 8 mph

next is hi ram, want see what it does to the power curve. i am planning heads/cam next year but i want to see what it does with the stock cam first. that is the last piece of info i want before buying parts. i've settled on heads but the camshaft is still up in the air. full weight m6 street car so i ain't be needing no track attack or el c7 stuff. i'm thinking custom specs similar to the btr 220.

I’ve read this thread quite a few times, and I just realized you’re running a 275. Small tire street car stuff right there. Nice!
