Camshaft position sensor

I have to replace my camshaft position sensors and was wondering do I have to reprogram/relearn them?

No, you will not need to reprogram/relearn anything. I would not cheap out on the part though, I's use a gm sensor or delco sensor. Cheap aftermarket sensors can sometimes cause issues, not always, but why risk it.
