This morning one guy came up to me and told me that my car's color looked great!

I get compliments every day. All good. Yeah, I have had a few 5th gen owners give me dirty looks. Which I find rather amusing to say the very least. I passed a red 5th gen at a gas station and they turned their heads to look at my hyper blue. They were cool about everything. I circled back again so they could get a closer look. We both drove out of the gas station together and along side for a bit. Except their car had cylinder 7 and cylinder 8 and just drove off.

We're both loving our 2016 2SS. Have yet to see another 6th gen on the road in our area but gets lots of head turns, thumbs ups, and questions from others. Our 2010 2SS was his and I drove it when I had to. The 2016 is officially OURS, though, and I steal it every chance I get. So, yes, women DO love this car!!!

I think it's funny to hear all the comments about women not caring about the car, or the car being too aggressively styled for women. My wife absolutely loved our Vette, especially the sounds it makes! She fell in love with the Gen6 Camaro the first time she laid eyes on it! She drives it to work every day with the suspension in Tour and the exhaust in Sport!

As for comments from strangers, I've had people at gas stations come up with all positive comments. Had people taking pictures on the road, not a single negative comment yet!

I've followed my wife home on a couple occasions and watched people's reactions when they see the car and then when see her driving it. It's pretty comical!

I've received only compliments from strangers. Friends are all over the place from compliments to razzing from Ford friends to financial comments from frugal friends to midlife crisis comments, but it's always good natured stuff friends do. The family and young folks are all about it though. I do what I can to encourage the car enthusiasm with the young ones because the love of cars seems to be disappearing in our youth.

Where I park for work you can see the car from the office windows. The staff (men and women) love it. I've had nothing but compliments.

Ive had several people check it out and smile and/or give me a thumbs up, and one pair of girls pulled up next to me saying "thats a badass car! Lets go have sex!"

Ok, so that last part didnt happen...

but they did pull up and said its a badass car and took a some phone pics of it which was pretty cool.

There was a camaro car club here in my city of about 12+ members that used to meet at our local JC Penny parking lot, which is where all the car lovers meet friday nights to chill and later 1320, but i havent seen them anymore, i think they have disbanded, which is a shame, i was hoping i'd be able to meet another gen6 owner at the lot, but nope...

All i found at the lot was a shit load of little vtec ricers just dog me or rev up beside me trying to race...

Drove my 2016 STI for 6 months and traded it in for this Camaro. I have received 10X the amount of compliments in the 3 weeks I have had the Camaro then the STI.
