Fluid change help

I looked for a sticky to no avail

2014 Camaro LS
3.6
Manual

I want to change rear diff & trans fluid.
What weight should I use and do I ad modifier to diff if using Royal purple.
Also, what weight and type of RP for manual trans? Conventional/synthetic etc

Here's what the owners manual recommends. Not sure about Royal Purple but you (or they) should be able to cross reference. For aftermarket fluids I'm an Amsoil fan myself but to be honest with you the gm stuff or a good quality brand at any auto parts store is plenty fine if you're just daily driving.
