Clicking or cluncking noise coming from the driver rear tire

Guys i hear a weird clicking noise coming from the rear tire from the driver side
And everytime i take the car to a mechanic the noise disappers as soon as i jack the car up it disappears for 2 to 3 days and comes back again. Can you guys help me by telling me where is this coming from

I had a TPMS sensor get loose and do something similar to that.

It's the axles tweaking in the bearing, or the bearing(s). tighten the nut or replace the
rear wheel bearings. IT can also be the CV joint(s). When I changed the rear wheel
bearings, mine went away.
