Wheel removal and cleaning tool
I am in a wheelchair and lifting a wheel is an issue. I also wanted an easy way to clean the wheels from time to time. So I modified a motorcycle jack from Harbor Freight and added rollers. Works great and cost me about $300.
The ZL1 is new so I ceramic coated the calipers and wheels and am in the process of putting PPF on. Hopefully, it will be easier to clean in the long run. Last edited by bitwise; 12-21-2021 at 07:51 PM. Reason: Fixed the picture |

Wow that is real cool. I believe these rollers will work. I all ready have a motorcycle jack not in use, but it will be now!! They make the rollers in various lengths.

Here is the parts list. The rollers are welded to the steel and just drop in. Let me know if you have any questions.

Very nice!
Now you just need to add a motor to slowly spin the wheel for easy cleaning ![]()
