SD HeadTurnes hosting a group drive Sunday Oct 24th

So a local San Diego car club is hosting a casual group drive. "Open to all".

Looks like they have a bunch of Gen 6's in the group. Was wondering if anyone else was interested in going. I plan on attending.

Let me know. We can always meetup and head over as a group.

Sold mine - couldn't pass up the $9,000 profit! Bought a fishing boat instead

Matt, any idea where they are heading for the cruise? That's quite a hike for me to go all the way to El Cajon to start. But if it heads back up closer to me I might be in.

I hear ya. They never gave a destination. Guessing they want to limit any legal entanglements....

In the past, one of the destinations their club ride would go to would be Julian Pie Company. I would guess that's where they might be heading.

Why there? Well, Its going to be a "casual" ride for all who show. It's their first open to the public drive. So I doubt they would do anything too far/crazy. Finally, the meeting spot is right off the 67. A straight "casual" ride up to Julian.

But, I'm just guessing.

Kind of interested, and in the same boat. I'll see if I can talk the wife into it. If we go maybe we can meet up and head down

Matt, are you still on for tomorrow? If you are I will meet you at Target. Coming from Temecula we would not likely cross paths.

Went great. Had 20 cars or so. Went east on hwy 8 to Japatul Vlly road out through Descanso around through Jamul to Rancho San Diego and then over to Jamacha road back to where we started. About a 60 mile loop of great windy road and little traffic until near the end.

Yep, nice little ride. I was there in the Riverside Blue LT1. Drove down from 29 Palms.

It was fun drive. They plan on doing an open to public ride each month. I'll post the info for the next one when it's available.

Here's some pics...
