Does anyone know if Procharger sells smaller crank pulleys?

Ran into a situation tuning my car where it's making too much boost for my fuel system. My tuner said to either run meth or drop boost and I have the largest pulley upper pulley they make so I'm checking to see if they make a smaller lower/crank pulley? Could I run an under drive pulley and get the same result?

I'll run meth if I have to but would rather lower boost if possible.

I'm thinking probably an ATI damper then what ever pulley you want onto it, give the HPA boys or house of boost a call also brute speed has a bunch of procharger stuff on their website

So if you have the lt4 fuel system and a cam and the F1 is still too much?

Hell with it, give it a big ole drink of Meth don't be afraid...lol

Had to believe you are out of fuel with a Cam and LT4 fuel system with the largest pulley (8psi) for the F1. What AFR is being targeted?

My tuner said it is making 12 psi by 5500 rpms. Procharger said they don't make a pulley smaller than the 7.65 which I already have and they sent the 4.5 upper with the kit so I am making as little boost as possible so it looks like a meth kit or bigger injectors is the only choice I have. I will look at HPA, house of boost and brute though thanks.

In hindsight I should have just bought the D1-X bit wanted room to grow. Tuner said with that much air going into the motor the injectors can't keep up.

I have seen the D1x go 960whp, but F1A is probably the better choice if you going for 1000.

I am eventually yes which is why I went ahead and got the bigger unit, just didn't foresee this issue. I am looking into the Lingenfelter big injectors or auxiliary port injection. Do you have any knowledge about which is better?

No I don't to be honest. It seems most stick with DI for simplicity. Parish runs a port injection setup on his turbo car. You might send him a message.

I did that thanks. It seems like going bigger DI and auxiliary port are very similar in price but the port has more room to grow. I'd rather buy once if at all possible.

I don't see how this is possible (stock engine???) on a 4.5 (upper) pulley my D1X makes 7 PSI at 6800 RPM, maybe 8 PSI at 7100 RPM. built engine stage 1 cam.

With a 4.0 pulley it is about 12 PSI at 6600 RPM same engine. Both with the procharger standard lower pulley.

I mean it is only at 2/3 speed with a 4.5 pulley (I did the cals several times you have to search).

stock damper. I would be worried that you add on crank pulley may not fit aftermarket dampers. (Procharger would know). I assume you have the old style kit that has a separate crank pulley. If not Yeah, I would assume an UD crank pulley would work.
