BMR Suspension Question

I'm looking to BMR to upgrade and I have some questions:

If you install the front/rear chassis cradle brace do you get anything out of cradle bushings?

How mush of a diffrence is there between the bushing lockout kits for the Rear Cradle/Diff and the Poly/Delrin?

How much do you really need to upgrade the front/rear stock bushings to Spherical bearings? How much DD do you lose? What are the downsides?

I currently live 7.4 miles from Big Willow Springs and will be going as much as I can. (job, kids=little me fun time) but I do like to drive my car to work here and there. (I call it semi DD)

The BK063 kit eliminates the rear cradle deflection, adding the CB008/009 will stiffen the chassis some. The CB008/009 installed with the stock cradle bushings still allows bushing deflection in the cradle bushings. Bottom line is that the BK063 is our number 1 selling part for the 6th gen platform. Let me know if you have any further questions.
