I ordered one, but have to wait for them to get back in stock. Was hoping I'd have one this weekend, but probably not.

Looks great, bet it sounds even better!

Marvel Mystery Oil works great on wet filters.
How well does Roto-Fab system seal to the hood?

I think it seals pretty good. I did a couple tests to see what the IATs were and after 45 minutes of driving which included a stop for 10 minutes each time as well as city and highway driving, the IATs stayed right near ambient if not at ambient exactly. I drive in the rain all the time. And this morning after getting home in a downpour I popped the hood to check the filter to see if any water got on it and it was dry. it is a very well made system.

Thanks for the update on fit and finish.
Are there any warranty issues with non stock CAI?

I am sure this question has been asked on this forum somewhere but her it goes. What is the difference with the dry filter? Do either of these systems require special maintenance?

The whine is louder in California as we can't get one

I just installed the rotofab intake on my 2019 ZL1 6 speed. Install was easy without issue and it looks fantastic.
Took it for a ride and very disappointed! Why does everybody say the whine increases so much? I can barely hear a difference between stock intake or the rotofab. Did I do something wrong? Why is it that most everyone says the whine is so intensified? I did not experience this .....bummed.
Maybe I should try the JLT unit.

Roll down the windows and drop the hammer. You won't believe how loud it is

Put it in second and hold it to the floor until redline.
