Thanks for posting up your build. I just bought a 2300 and will be doing a similar build but not with headers.

Did you have to use a shorter belt when you went with the smaller pulley? I am going to be using a 75mm instead the supplied 80mm.

I will check on belt sizes for you.

The GripTech pulleys are not too harsh on the belt and do their job gripping. The 2300 Magnuson consistently runs 20-30 degrees cooler than stock with a quicker recovery time. Just shy of 800rwhp and tq with bolt ons and no meth is fantastic in my book.

Here is a similar Magnuson Heartbeat build, but cat delete pipes, no headers and a C7 manual. 93 octane no meth.

I told him to take a look at your build since you did the Maggie. I think those numbers are pretty impressive.

Thanks and thanks for the video links.

I decided to add a Roto-Fab big mouth intake and DSX flex fuel kit to my build. Ordered that stuff yesterday.

77mm/3.05" Griptec pulley Gates KO80842HD, 13.5 lbs of boost at peak

70mm/2.75" Griptec pulley Gates K080834HD, 16 lbs of boost at peak

I also use Dave's/DSX Flex Fuel kits and have one on my ZL1 as well as The Roto-fab intake, but have yet to intall the 5" tube.

1.478 60 ft time! Now that will leave your ass impression in the seat! Great run.

Thanks, it was hooking off the initial hit, but having issues after 60 feet on a non prepped track.

Exact path I'm going with mine. Your using the DSX low side with no high side mods correct? That's killer power for sure.

No fueling modifications on this build at this point, other than I did install a DSX flex fuel sensor.

Both fuel systems are at their "limit" on the fuel we used.
