Was that a crack at my car? haha

I have a 1SS no RS, because I planned on modding the crap out of it, and I didn't want to pay for stuff I was gonna take out anyway.

To each his own

If the choice is NO RS or NO CAMARO, I'd go with NO RS. You can add a lot of the features later if you really want them. If the budget works though, the RS package is nice.

Looks like I'm gonna be goin with the non-RS car. I tried to buy the RS but the dealer went back on their word to remove the stripes and then tried to add $500 of doc fees to a good but not great deal. It baffled me that they lost a deal over not wanting to remove the stripes. Anyways, after negotiations on the non-RS car, it's gonna save me about $2500.

Good job bro! The RS stuff can be added, maybe cheaper than through the dealer. You'll be very satisfied with your SS.

Halogen headlights are more retro and in keeping with the theme.

I wouldn't buy anything from that dealer, they sound like pricks, and I bet the service department is just as bad.
RUN AWAY!!!
Find another dealer, and be picky, very picky, you are paying for it, get what you want! Not what they will sell you!

Absolutely agree! YOU are in the drivers seat. There are lots of dealers out there, and all of them can get hold of the SAME car.
