Catch Can Installation with a different approach.

Did my installation today. Only cost $50. The beam clamp makes for easy removal for checking the oil and also to remove the setup for dealer servicing. I cut the connectors off of the OEM PCV Tube that i bought.Let me know what you guys think.

Catch Can $19

No it won't. Did the install Friday. Drove a few hundred miles and it's as tight as it was when I put it on

Looks butchered to me, but A for effort. I do agree catch cans for the Camaro are a bit overpriced but hey those little things like perfectly formed lines with natural bends and perfectly placed brackets its what makes the difference for me but like I said A for effort you have the idea just it looks exactly like what a $50 can would look like.

Truly A for effort, And yes overpriced they are... But for such a nice car it does look cheap to me.. But each his own... But, you don't just look at your engine and engine bay... I will pour a good Bourbon, light up a smoke and stare at mine for hours thinking of the next thing on the list... lol

Great job. Now all you need is a anodized billet version of the clamp to make it pretty.....

Nice to see innovation! Nice job on the install. A couple of comments, that Catch Can will probably only trap about 15% of the oil and other contaminants entering allowing most to simply pass through, and with a GDI engine they can tolerate NO ingestion, so it might not help that much.

Can you open it up and share a few pictures on the internals? Curious to see what they are doing inside
