My car now:
I been in planning same on mine, working on mirrors now, ended up buying a shark fin and swapped it out in 10 mins, cost $75 for antenna in gloss black, mine was matte, sold matte on ebay for $50, so $25 bucks and antenna done. Been trying same for mirrors but lack of gloss or satin black mirrors out there and the few mirrors posted from wrecked cars are very expensive. Think I may install the gloss black mirror covers from same place that makes the CF covers, but wrap just small portion of mirror not covered by the cover. Under $100 for covers and wrap material, over 90% is gloss black painted. Thought about buying a cheaper pair of mirror covers to use as practice, get heat gun out and wrap them up a few times until process is perfected...
