Need some help. Loaded an E85 tune into my ecm and now I have a couple DTC that are popping up. I tried to find them in HP tuners and turn them off, but couldn't find them. Happened twice today. first time was before I put E85 in the tank. It was B2111 and P0216. I cleared them and drove to work. Everything ran Fine. started it at work put in 5 gallons of E85 (still had 93 in the tank) watched the sensor read and drove to lunch. Come out of lunch and the CEL is on. This time its B2111 and P0111.

from what I've found:
B2111 is lumbar down switch failed.
P0216 is injector timing control circuit malfunction
P0111 is Intake air temperature circuit range/performance problem bank 1

Any body seen this before?

Update 10/1: Reloaded the tune. Took the stock file, changed only the things DSX recommended to run E85 and enable the sensor on Saturday and drove it for several hours (Gently). Started and stopped the car several times. No issue. Come out this morning start the car codes are back. B2111 seems to be there every time. and then a random code with it.
