Is this a good deal for a trans am

Wow, that's looks like a great deal! Looks well cared for and must be garage kept. If I was in the market I would be all over it.
I daily drove a 96 T/A Vert for 15 years before I bought a new SS. The 4th gens are great cars with lots of style and performance. I invested a lot in my 96, had tons of aftermarket parts but sold it for $6500 with 145k miles on it.

Long tubes and NOS....never abused yeah ok
I would never buy a car that has nitrous kit installed but that's just me ,and the hole never used and never raced tips me off that both things were probably done quite a bit or why even mention it |

Id say yes but why not offer 4500 and work a better deal for the heck of it.
I was just looking at C5's and WS6's yesterday online entertaining the thought of getting one of the two for less than 10k and using as a daily. Really liking the WS6..something about T/A's are just mean still today.

For what its worth, we sold or 2001 WS6 with about 218K on it for $5K in 2013 when we got the 2013 1LE. That car is in much better shape than ours was. I would get the best deal i could, but that car seems pretty nice. As far as the nitrous kit, we used our '93 Z28 to develop the LT1 kit for the company I worked with at the time. Many, many 125 hp hits and the car ran great for us to well over 200K miles. It would not be that big of a concern to me.

Too good to be true!!! " My husband is selling"? He's obviously into cars owning such a nice one. Why would he let his wife make the write up for his baby. Grammar and punctuation! Can it be any worse? "Call my daughters cell phone"! Really. I'm calling BS on this one.

Biggest run on sentence I've ever seen. Very nice car though.

Something smells a little bit off. Check it out, but my BS sniffer is very agitated for some reason.
Speaking of smells, you can tell a lot about an older car by how it smells. Due diligence. Check it thoroughly, check the DMV and don't fall for any BS stories.

I've been considering doing the exact same thing as you on this, but that nitrous bottle would certainly give me a moment of pause. Lots of red flags here. There are plenty of really good deals on 4th gen's out there. I'm looking for an admittedly rare unmolested one, either F-Body or later LT1 C4. (Vented Optispark for the not-loss)
