The filter looks like it hasn't been cleaned since it was put in, the mileage is high and the car was probably beat to hell. That's an expensive risk to take IMO. If you have the cash to pony up if you need to fix stuff, i would just invest in a better quality car to begin with.

Go on their website, close up views show one tire has a gash, wheels are horribly chipped up, and some type of wiring hanging low by the drivers footwell area ......

Would not even consider it. Get a used lower mileage stock SS that's been well cared for. Those doors were the first thing I saw and it was an immediate turn off, let alone all the other turn offs.
