Carpetguy Drives: 2011 Join Date: Sep 2017 Location: Illinois Posts: 121	Fans running But blades are Not Trying to figure this out .Shroud fans motors are running but the blades are not.Tried to do a video vut wont upload. Passenger blade spins freely and driver side wont. Any way to test them or Should I just get another New fan again
