Installed the Corsa Xtreme Plus Exhaust today - WOW!

I ordered the Xtreme Plus Exhaust (with the double helix xpipe and black tips) directly from Corsa. Service and communication was top notch and the exhaust got to Qatar in no time! Packaging was great which helped get it here in the right amount of pieces

OEM exhaust off (not sure why GM made this one piece)

The install was going well until we got to the driver side tips assembly, it simply would not slip into the muffler pipe no matter how hard we tried. The passenger side slid in like a glove. It took 2 techs a lot of hammering, filing and WD40 to get it in, for a sec I was worried they sent the wrong part. When we finally got it in, the tips became nonadjustable, so more hammering was required. Did you guys have a similar experience?

The x-pipe also came with extra clamps which confused us a little, eventually figured out they're to mate the x-pipe to the OEM muffler. 3 hours and a dozen f-bombs later, we were done with the install. Glad I did not attempt this in my friend's backyard.

Now the sound - JUST WOW! So glad I went with this setup. Sounds pissed off, not obnoxious if driven sensibly, no drone as promised, would do it all over again in a heartbeat. Thankfully no CEL as well, was worried NPP removal or Secondary Cat removal might cause it. Will slap a GoPro on and get some better vids later, here's the first start for now

can you mate the ARH header system (long system that reaches back nearly to the stock suitcase location) to the corsa axle back? is the corsa a 2.75" pipe at that location or do they make a 3" setup? the website is mildly confusing in that regard. How are people running the corsa system and a header?

Yes the long ARH system will link to the Corsa. I am not 100% sure on the connection. I seem to recall that the ARH Long X Pipe necks so it can connect to the factory exhaust with just a cut and clamp. Therefore it should be perfect for the Corsa too. Best way to get a 100% answer is talking to ARH.

Not without some fabbing. the arh is bumped up to slide over oem suitcase and corsa is bumped up to fit over factory exhaust. They are the same exact diameter. I installed the setup last week and we had to trim the arh long system to make it work
