Man has loud exhaust, neighbor fills it with expandable foam

That's a bit much but amusing anyway, it was a Mustang so theres that.

That neighbor could get into trouble for doing that to the person’s car. I would have called the cops and made a police report on the incident. The neighbor that did it and wrote the note has some big balls in my opinion if all this really happened!

It's hard to tell what's real and what's just for teh interwebz fame today.

Oh well, that's one more Mustang off the road for a little while, which could have saved an innocent crowd.

If someone actually did that to my car, the EMT's would need a spoon and a sponge to put them in the ambulance....

I'm guessing this is case of jerk vs tool.

While damaging property isn't okay there are a lot of people that are pretty unreasonable when it comes to exhaust on their cars.

Heck yes, call the police and submit a report! Get the police out to your home and have them talk to the neighbor. Then, call your insurance company to report the incident, so there's a history. Next, get a safety inspection and a copy of the report. If there's anything wrong, this neighbor is accountable. In the event anything needs to be repaired, take the neighbor to court. If you're on your own land, post a "No Trespassing" sign.

This neighbor is screwing with your personal property leaving a note of intention. Defend your rights, or the neighbor will feel empowered to continue. Your neighbor is not a authorized local authority recognized to enforce his will on you. You have a right to a safe environment. Your neighbor can report you, but that is his limit. In the event any harassment continues, ask the judge to require the neighbor moves.

I don't think it can go that far, but certainly a restraining order would seem appropriate.

I questioned the validity as well. I suppose because Im not too far from Middleton and the phone number prefix is accurate I assumed it had some credibility.

Was on the guys Facebook and he keeps with the story. But it's ironic this only happens to people that have big IG or YouTube channels . I'm still not really buying it.
