That stuff is fantastic. Picked some up from Amazon along with the "packaged yellow brush attachment for a drill" and tried it yesterday. Couldn't believe how well it worked. Carpets came out great and my worn mats that I thought were beyond help look 100% better. Not quite like new but pretty darn close. Now I may have to return the cyclo carpet brushes as I dont really see a need for them.

A brush on a drill will wear out your hands and forearms if you have to do multiple cars, large or really dirty areas. The cyclo is so much easier.

Let's assume you have a friend that bought a slightly used hyper blue Camaro that has no cleaning products. What would you recommend to get them started on maintaining?

Chemical Guys has starter packs with everything you need. I like CG, because they are reasonably priced, available on Amazon, and from CA so it is probably safe to use on your skin. They all smell great.

If you just want to get everything locally, you can't go wrong with Meguiar's products.

You need mitts and brushes. Mother's brand can be found at Autozone, etc.

The best towels have to be bought online. Theragcompany.com has great starter packs.

You can, but the longer the extension, the more vibration and wobbling it does. They work better with higher end machines. An extension with a Porter Cable is pretty useless.
