Dent/scratch in dashboard trim - any suggestions?

Hi all,

as shown in the pictures, dashboard trim was hit with plastic box while offloading and now has a dent/scratch.

Any suggestions/experience on how to fix this or at least cover it up a bit?

Thanks in advance,
Len

Vinyl wrap. Might not stick as well as on a painted body panel but will certainly look better.

Very well aware of that. However, I was asking if somebody here can recommend a specific product for the Camaro from experience.

A seat repair company may be able to make that disappear.

What about one of these trim piece overlays? It would at least make it less noticeable.

I bought one of these and it looks way worse in real life, very cheap plastichrome that matches nothing else in the car. Wouldn't recommend.

In the end I never installed the thing but made it a practice "unit", did a vinyl wrap with carbon fiber pattern, then clear coated and polished it for fun. Still haven't installed it though, heh.

I had a repair like this once and took my car to a auto trim repair shop. Gotta be one in Dubai somewhere. They did a great job!
