Chevrolet and shipper are 2 different companies. Chevy chat is managed by vendors and who even knows what country they originate in. All they are doing it looking at a screen and sending out a standard reply. Now if the vehicle is sitting in some marshaling lot and the bar code is not scanned then no updates are going to enter the system.
You dealer knows all there is to know. Not all dealers are willing to share that with customers. Some don't even let salesman have access to the ordering system so take what a SM says with skepticism. If they are good salesman they are also good at bs'ing the customer. A marshalling lot is a parking lot, freight yard, or other location where all vehicles are staged for shipping.

My 22 Rapid Blue RS was ordered in March and built on May 21. It has now been sitting at the factory for four months. Dealer knows no more than I do. pl

I have a 23 zle at 1100 since May. I think the dealer will get an allocation. I called another dealership nearby with a 22 in transit. Original buyer backed out. It came in yesterday. I’m picking it up Saturday. Can’t wait.

Got the news today, car arrived and will be ok to pick up tomorrow. Current status as a
Of earlier today was 4300 ETA 9/17. Who know when it will show once you hit 4300. I’ve went from 8/10 to 9/5 to 9/13 to 9/17 and nothing is correct |

Finally got an eta of October 22. Lol. We will see…nothing I like better than spending $90k and then straight to storage.

I'm still waiting on my 22 LT1, its been sitting in Michigan for many weeks. Monday this week, ETA was 10/6 and 4300. Today dealer told me same event code and ETA was now 10/11.
