I only need 1 pair for my rears.
tires can be used, but need a minimum of thread on it (over 40% left).

I live in So Cal, and will pay for shipping.

Unfortunately you don't qualify for the $70 Michelin rebate as you're buying 2 vs. 4 tires. Price for Michelin PSS in 315/35/20 are the best deal at $788 before taxes but free delivery. With the 4% from Ebates you'll get another $30 or so via PayPal.
