Thanks. And yeah for personal use it is way over built lol. The teams and my set up guy in Mooresville NC are always like you know you don’t need all the bling and to build them like this lol. But I like unique well built stuff. I want it to stand out. As for driving them. They are unbelievably fast on a road course. They will devour a Porsche Cup Car etc. it’s all about throttle discipline. I run the original TRD Phase 14 Toyota Nascar Motor’s. Mine make around 700 with a few tricks but still using the small 390cm carb from original spec. Now they run spec engine with fuel injection. The motors are a piece of art in itself. $65,000 new smh. I get them second hand and nowhere that money. I send them out to Triad for inspection. Correct gearing and they last a long time.

That motor is automotive porn.... And yes, I enjoy destroying very high end Euro-exotics.... Obviously there are always exceptions, but it's entertaining when some guy with a half a million or more car and a stick up their backside gets destroyed by a lowly SS Camaro.... My car certainly doesn't have the suspension your trucks do, but you can make an educated guess on my power train since I make 2000 Plus RWHP. 1993 at 27 lbs of boost, and we can go to 35 lbs.... Probably in the 2300-2400 RWHP range.... We haven't made it that far yet, on the dyno due to tire spin and on the track due to working up on shakedown passes.... and the driver learning as we go.... I'm not a pro shoe.... I'm an occasional weekend warrior at best....

The ERL custom long block with the AllPro heads and Jesel valve train....

The structural girdle added to the bottom of the aluminum block to increase rigidity... This block is also half filled.

Fitting and assembling everything prior to motor installation.... This motor is mounted like I'm guessing your race motors are, with motor plates. The bell housing is spun steel and SFI approved...

The Bill Dailey 7 stage dry sump system. As mentioned before, we spin this motor to 9000 rpm, which is why we had to go dry sump....

Continued assembly and fitting of all the components... Those are two inch ID pipes on the turbo manifolds... They are ceramic coated inside and out.... Not factory pretty but very functional...

The completed custom intake manifold... There is some amazing proprietary stuff going on inside that manifold....

The final product fully installed and running...

This is the first start up of the new motor when it was installed.....

Yes, I had to excuse myself for a few minutes.... lmao....

OMG that motor is sexy too. Similar but yours is making way more HP obviously for its job. Like you, I like it all. Drag racer at heart and then the addiction grew lol. The nascar running gear is actually fairly basic. To be honest not much is trick but the secret lies within the set up specs. Thankfully I have a source since Im private and although they wont give me the teams data its spot on and works. The most I get out of them are labeling so they know whats in them LOL. The motors are pretty trick. Ill have to dig for some better pics. Yours is no joke. I do miss the 1/4 and straight line. Im not doing any nascar cars at this time. Im missing the street/manufacturer type build. Never got into the 1/2 or mile, cant afford it. Some of my old sponsors are into it and they have mega money cars like yours Im a baller on a budget lol... And reading below its funny the similarities to my 1/4 stuff like block filling etc. Like I said its an addiction. One of my 8 sec street cars. Also seat is mounted and braced But pic was before finished. All good fun.
