I'll definitely give it a shot, however Bozeman isn't a stop where I expect engineer type since there is not planned event there. But I should be able to find someone with that answer.

Here's couple of screen shots of Seattle Center grounds. Notice Roy street at the top of the map lunch is only steps away. The only open parking lot that I know of is the one on 5th in front of the Memorial Stadium. That's probably the best bet for parking if people want to join us for lunch at McMenamins.

No snow tires required on our side of the pass once you come down the hill into the Pacific Northwest.
