Starting with the clutch
Can we somehow turn off the duty to stand on the clutch when we want to start the engine?

Could be as simple as an inline switch but, more complicated going through the ECM.

Hmm ... Not at all.
Rather, I don't want to stress the thrust bearings on the crankshaft during a cold start without enough oil. I can start all my cars in neutral, only the Camaro needs a clutch. I understand that it is a safety feature, but I have been driving with manuals for so long that I think I know when my gear is engaged and when it's not. In addition, in my work I drive with large trucks and it is strictly forbidden to start with a clutch. So Camaro deviates a bit from my habits
