Good luck defending your warranty claim after a custom modification of the powertrain calibration (tune) that has the potential to do literally anything to the engine and/or the transmission. This isn't a case of using Valvoline 5W-30 oil instead of the recommended Mobil1 5W-30 or 0W-40, or slapping on an aftermarket axleback exhaust, it's a complete subversion of GM's original calibration.

While the warranty may not be "automatically" voided, and indeed what we have isn't even a single "unified" warranty (we have powertrain + bumper to bumper + corrosion + emission etc.), there is no legal way you can get GM to agree to, say, an engine replacement under these circumstances, and, much as I criticize them for many other decisions, rightly so.

My car is tuned and if my engine grenades, I'll be on the hook for that. This is a responsibility we accept when taking advantage of a tune for more performance or any desired parameter change.

(OP, sorry, promise I won't hijack your thread any further. AFM should be fine and smooth with the A10, it was the same even with my A8.)

Theoretically, yes.

In reality, it really depends on your particular dealer. If they decide to give you a hard time, have fun fighting them. It's really the best to avoid that possibility of the hassle to begin with.
