I'm under the impression that this is posted in both camaro 5&6... At least I always start out navigating in the camaro 6 forum...? My pics are in coming! Just stuck at work with crappy wifi; bare with me!

I swear it says camaro6 at the top of the page right now lol!

Things can get turned sideways very quickly from the owners of v6 and V8. Just enjoy your ride and ignore them

If someone was willing i would love to do a youtube on it =D

No love lost for any of the engines, the car is so good regardless...

Like you guys are saying: the chasis is the real star of the party here... Any of the engine choices are just the icing on the cake IMO

Realistically any of these engines could produce over a 1000hp with todays aftermarket support (some easier than others and obviously hugely different powerbands)... I'm looking forward to seeing all these engines just built to crazy levels! Some off the bolt on forced induction packages for the V8 are impressively engineered; thinking of the eforce supercharger in particular, very nice!

I work in Scarborough during the week... Something could happen; btw, know any good tuners in the area? Was looking at champion motor sports, but not sure if they have any experience with the GM turbos (they specialize in corvettes and camaros)

Here's to hoping the aftermarket makes some direct replacement turbos to put the 2.0 into the 400+hp range

As promised, my dad's '76 camaro... Absolutely built 'street' car (is a car with a 4500rpm stall still a street car?)... Who cares, details...

Yup, that's me back in the 80's standing with the 'new' engine... Told ya, my dad is to blame for me being a car nut; didn't help that my mother spent the last few months carrying me to term at the drag strip... The sound of a high horsepower V8 still makes my hair stand on end

Both cars look great! Once you've got your car where you want it power and looks-wise, you oughta try to retake the above burnout photo with your 2.0T

Oooooooo.... I like the way you think; i can see an un-timely demise for the stock run flats next year

Nothing quite like dropping the exhaust off the car and pulling a few 8000rpm pulls in a small block V8. (yeah the old mans car was 'governed' at 8000rpm... In the late '80s early '90s; yup 'built' indeed) Some of my best memories growing up was at the track!
