But there's no way I'm giving up cereal, brown rice entirely, or some sugar here and there. But having 2 bagels a day or a bag of Trader Joe's rice every day? No...that can be severely cut down. |

I’m 6’3” 275 lbs and I find the seats in my Camaro very comfortable.
Have you guys sat in a GT350? Yikes! |

I'm 6'6" and 275#.
They were tight on my ass while test driving, by the time I got back to the dealer I was fine with them. Seat bottom is a little short. Taller folks will feel that over time. Things I don't need to do on my current list is #1 don't go buy a ZL1. Damn that car is awesome. Hunker down get polebarn up and get me a 1LE SS. |

It doesn't get any easer to lose weight at 71. I am at 5'10" and 220 but, fit my Recaros good. I walk 3 miles every day and have worked out on/ off over the years with having raced pro Moto-x for 8 years.

I found my GT350 Recaros to be maybe a bit better than the ZL1. Just a bit snugger and held me a little better in the curves. But both cars are very comfortable for hours of driving on constant turning of curves.

Thanks, guys. Good to know some other larger drivers have some issues. When the foam in the seat warms up to my body and contours it a bit better, it gets more comfortable. It's just initially every time I get into the car that I am reminded that I am a fat ass .

Getting older doesn't really mean it's harder to lose weight... Your hormone levels are just not what they used to be, which messes with your metabolism. I'd suggest getting some blood work done with a DOC well versed in bio-identical hormone replacement therapy(TRT or HRT). They have different options like self administered shots or surgically implanted pellets. Stay away from the creams, and patches. They tend to get rubbed off before it's all absorbed.
I've known quite a few guys who had their blood work tested, and came back under 400 on TEST. The doc put them on TRT, and they are sitting around 1000-1300 now, plus they started dropping weight fairly easily. Those are typically levels found in late teens/early 20s, so it will be easier to burn fat, and put on some muscle! Just keep in mind that this is a lifetime commitment b/c your body will shutdown/stop creating test naturally. Other good side effects include: more energy and much higher libido. Some say it's like being 15 again, little wind blows, and up she goes |

Its not a diet its a lifestyle you pretty much have to change the way you eat forever... once people hit there goal or start to workout you can cheat on the weekends and still be fine im down to around 190-195lbs and i cheat on the weekends sometimes but during the week im pretty strict keto but its easy for me chicken or burger patty or tuna and bacon and cheese and pickle for lunch peanuts, seeds or jerky and cheese for snacks steak and salad for dinner or sometimes i order wings or bbq you can still eat carbs just cant smash a whole HUGE bag of chips and pound mtdn dews all day or eat a whole loaf of bread lol

I'm 6'8" 295 and I fit but my hips feel a bit pinched after 5 or 6 hours...
It is what it is... The world I live in everything is too small. Can't fit in a C7 Vette AT ALL! The seats in my 13 ZL1 were like a lazy boy compared to the 19 car. |

FYI, 10 minutes after I posted that I'd love to lose 30 to 40 lbs, I went and had a Häagen Dazs ice cream.

That's why I ALWAY refer to it as a lifestyle when I speak to patients about it. I'm not sure why people say it is not sustainable. We have trained ourselves to eat processed foods, breads, and pasta all of our lifes, we can train ourselves to stop. What other "diet" / "lifestyle" allows you to eat fat, bacon, steak, AND still lose weight? It's just discipline. Just like you are re-programming your metabolism, you are reprograming the way you approach eating AND, you fit better in your ZL1... that's the most important part
