Having trouble viewing pictures
How do I fix this issue? I am using the updated version of Safari.

You can't fix it, unless you manage to convince everyone who hosts images with Photobucket to pay $400/year to allow their own images to be viewed by others. Or alternatively, convince Photobucket to re-allow free sharing again.
