Pretty decent appearance...however, the rest of the dash needs companion color as well. I was looking at the navigation screen surround and how it being colored would give a great appearance.

Looks good. I've not had any issue being blinded by the interior pieces.

I like the look of a satin black a lot. I may also investigate buying extra parts to play with.

I have not been blinded by mine, but am just not a big fan of bright metal in the cockpit.

I did, however used to get this terrible stabbing pain in my eye whenever I drank coffee. Really awful. Eventually, I went to the doctor and explained the problem.

He suggested that I take the spoon out of the cup, and son of a gun that really helped!

Oh damn, I like those too. Gotta remember to find the part # tomorrow and check the price, cause now I want at least 2 more sets.

Thanks again for making the initial post. Dipped mine black last night and loving it. They are super easy to take off for anyone worried about trying. Just take a plastic pry tool and start from the top and work your way down. No more sun in my eyes

Knew I was forgetting to do something today. Was one of my boys birthdays and I got a little sidetracked. The plasti-dip has been holding up pretty good so far, which is a good thing since I haven't even had a chance to pick a color chip yet, let alone mix the paint. My to-do list just keeps growing.

Just got off the phone with our GM supplier, the numbers come up, but as sub-parts associated with a different part #. Basically, you have to buy a whole section of the dash to get those 2 pieces. $120 our price, so retail is probably double that. Looks like I'll be sticking with one color, for now at least.

Yup.....I guess I just keep peeling plastidip until I decide on color, actually pretty happy with the gunmetal anthracite plastidip color, darkens enuf to kill glare but you can still tell The part is there.
