LT4 Conversion Install Instructions.
Does anyone have them? Even when kit was purchased from a company nothing. Got some pictures from adm but just ok. Looking for someone who has done and has them or has helpful tips. How did you mount the heat exchanger any other problems you ran into that you wish you knew.

Have not done the swap myself but have heard from others who have that the Whipple and magnuson instructions available for download provide a good guide.

I used instructions from Whipple and Magnuson along with pictures on GM parts sites of ZL1s... lot of the torque specs from zl1 too online too, if you have questions as you install feel free to post here or pm me and ill try to help if I see them but it is very similar to other pd superchargers with addition of the spacers.
Also, when you swap the balancer you should swap the front seal to ls3 seal. |
