If all that is done on a Camaro is E-85 you could flash the ECM with the stock tune. But if there were mods done that require a tune for the car to run then you are out of luck.

Glad I live in WI, here they just plug in the OBDII and read for codes and readiness. I feel sorry for all you CA Camaro drivers!

This will be interesting because there are CARB legal superchargers but they require the CARB legal tune from the manufacture. I'm in Cali and this is the route I'm looking at going later down the road, Procharger CARB legal kit.
