Ended up being the new injectors. Called FIC, and they are getting a new set out ASAP. GPI is shipping this set back.
They put my LT4 injectors back in to complete the shakedown tune and check everything else on pump gas. Just sent me a video on Dyno at 7# with 656whp. Low timing and very rich. Should end up right where I wanted once the injectors are in on E and tuner has time in the seat.

New injectors should get to GPI this week. Hopefully see some numbers on E by end of week or early next week... Fingers crossed.

Forgot to mention they stopped at 8# of boost and 680whp on gas with the old LT4 injectors. Hopeful to hit a safe 750-800 and be happy for awhile.
If the DP restriction doesn't become a limiting factor.

New injectors finally got delivered today. Now I wait until they can get them installed and finally tune on flex. Light at the end...

Up to 720whp now on E63 with injectors around 4.2ms. This is with 10# dropping to 8-9# at shift. I didn't ask about timing when I was talking to them. Didn't think this was bad power at 10# and a 3" dp...
The AEM X series boost controller isn't controlling the boost, or rather it isn't right now so they cannot adjust. It's just running spring pressure. Anyone have experience with this? I don't want to buy an turbo smart if I don't have to. I won't really be adjusting boost once I get it until I get ALOT of use, but I would rather get the controller working before picking up. Other options y'all like for EBC?

Well, ended up being the AEM after all. Confirmed by taking out of the loop and immediately boost went over 10#.
Just ordered Eboost2 to replace and combine the meth into one controller. Flight booked for next Thursday to pickup.... Hopefully all goes well with install and final tune

Well, she is back. Pulled in last night around 11pm
Eboost2 fixed low boost adjustments, but max boost is currently set to 9#, which is plenty for the street based on the one hit I did on my 550mi journey home last night. At 9# with the lower CR pistons and low timing it sits at ~720whp. The 4-5# setting still nets over 650whp for the wife to enjoy. Last pic was with the neighbors. We all have 6gens.

Little update.
Boost maxing at 9# was due to the baby spring in WG. Put a 7# spring in on Monday and saw 12# on low boost setting. Adjusted controller and can now adjust boost from 7# to 13#. Working with GPI to finalize tune. Feels like an entirely new car with 11# of boost. Dialing in max boost around 13# for now. Entirely new beast. Did have a slight boost drop up too of gears, so adjusted sensitivity on eboost and will see how flat I can make it. Slowly getting it where it can be.
