HPTuners reading 0 psi low side pressure

Can anybody tell me which sensor feeds the fuel pressure data to the FPCM and ECM? Car runs fine, wideband shows good AFR, high side commanded vs actual is good too. Low side is reading 0.0psi actual. Obviously it's getting fuel. After a set amount of time running it sets P00CA and reduced engine performance/limp mode.

Background:
ECS Novi 1500
LT4 high, low, and injectors
Longtubes
100% methanol injection

All installed roughly 2 weeks ago. After I mentioned my issue to my tuner, he went back and looked at the logs from being on the dyno and said he saw it drop to 0.0psi a couple times but immediately start reading properly again. I'm assuming sensor shit the bed or connector issue. I just don't know which sensor.

I log low side using Fuel Pressure (SAE) Channel ID 10

Yes, but which sensor on the car is sending that data? Mine is reading 0psi. I need to check the sensor or the plug going to it.
