I dont agree, If you bought a new ZL1 you could have bought a new Corvette too. Most of us like the Camaro or wanted a rear seat. I will hopefully have a C8 in a few years and keep the ZLE too. The guys with C7 Z06 cars will take the biggest hit. If I was looking at used Z06's why not buy a new C8 for the same price. The C7 base models will lose value but will stay strong.

There's always a rational way of approaching just about anything. I traded my 1 year old SS for my ZLE. When I saw the ZLE for the first time, I knew I had to have it, the problem? Depreciation on my SS. The only way I could rationally make the trade was for the dealer to match the depreciation on the SS. The ZLE had 700 miles on it when I purchased it, so getting money off the MSRP wasn't hard. I couldn't be happier
