I bought my car from a dealer. I did the fuse pull after I read about it, and didn't really notice much of a difference. I'm in an '11 6 speed manual car though.

Yes, it worked for me. 2010 L99 2SS/RS. Just make sure you have as much of the low octane gas out of the tank as possible. Drive until the gas light comes on for a few tanks and as you fill up use 91/93 octane to refill. Pull the fuses (5 and 20), wait overnight, put them back in and have fun. Of course the best thing for a L99 is a dyno tune w/ transmission tune. Night and day difference in the car!!

I pulled my fuses last night after filling up with 93 octane and Lucas injector cleaner.
Put the fuses back in this morning and i noticed a slight difference. Idle was rough at first but smoothed out after about 10 sec. I stepped on the throttle and notice a slight difference. Little more throttle response and felt like it pulled a little harder.
But there's so many factors that go into that. I dont think it makes a huge difference but i felt a little increase in throttle response.
