I got my replacement splitter today. How do I get to the bolts holding it on? Am I going to have to remove some of the shroud around the wheels or below the engine to get to them?

I think you have to remove the belly pan etc.

I'm calling the dealership and if they'll do it for under $200 it's all theirs. It's 109 degrees outside and laying on the driveway working on the bumper sucks.
