Dam...I broke it
Installing my CAI and I broke the inlet pipe that connects to the PCV hose. Now I also can't find the little piece I broke! Tube not serviced separately so would have to buy the inlet tube....$103.00 lots of money for a $4 tube....
Any sugggestions on a old hot rod style fix? I guess she sits until fixed. Thanks in advance Brian |

PVC cement.
You REALLY need to find the "loose" piece!

Edit: Just reread. Broke mine too. I glued it. Is the piece floating around somewhere the engine bay? You may be able to use a small metal tube and some duct tape to connect it back to the intake if you really want to drive the car.

get one of these from a local parts store like Advance or Auto Zone and forget that factory piece of plastic.

Try GMPartsdirect.com. They should have it. I have bought a lot of things from there and it is cheaper than the dealership.

Only way to order it new is to buy the boot and it comes with the other parts. GM part number 92229653 but is the rubber boot, clamps and the connector tube. The piece is NOT sold separately.
Part #14.

It basically comes as one unit ready to bolt up right out of the box, similar to the way it came off the car. The tube is already clamped to the rubber boot.

I broke mine too. Anyone have one laying around or a work around here. My Roto fab is worthless now. What dumb engineer made you reuse the cheapest piece of plastic for a new cai.
