Anyone interested in a meetup run from San Diego to Duffo Winery?

I thinking about setting up a meetup run from San Diego to Duffo Winery Saturday June 27th. Would anyone be interested?

I can't commit right now but would definitely be interested. I'm in El Cajon.

Let's set this wine country drive up!

Ok, it seems like people are interested. So let’s set this up. Depending on our group size, we might need to give heads up to the winery due to COVID 19 reopening rules. However, we can see what happens when we get there. We will be in wine country, and there are other places…lol

When:
Saturday June 27th at 9:45 AM, head out to Temecula at 10:30 AM

Where to meet:
We’ll meet at the Starbucks parking lot; 1282-C Auto Park Way, Escondido, CA 92029 (In the parking lot near Auto Park Way and Starbucks)

Destination:
Duffo Winery 36083 Summitville St, Temecula, CA 92592. Apx. 40 minute drive from Escondido.
www.doffowines.com

I hope to see many of you there! I’ll be driving the 2020 Orange Crush.

This is more of a meet and greet since the lock down has been mostly lifted lifted. So it'll be a straight shot up. However, it'll be a great time to discuss future routes for the summer.

We could always take a bit more circuitous route through Valley Center vs. just running up the 15...

Thoughts???

We can. I was thinking of hwy 78, through Romona. Turn off at Santa Ysabel to the HWY 79 up through to Anza Road. Back way into thew wineries. Hwy 78 has some nice curvy roads going into Romona.

We can finalize it with whoever shows up that morning and see what the group wants to do. I'm open.

Is this still planning to happen?

If so, who all is attending? I may still be interested but only want to go if there are going to be at least 4 or 5 other cars...
